The following is a list of street gangs that formed out of the punk subculture: which includes activist groups or vigilantes, and hardcore skinheads.

Fight For Freedom (FFF) was a gang that was centered in the San Fernando Valley during the 1980s. Unique to this gang in its locale and time was that the group generally consisted of White Americans from middle class and upper middle class backgrounds.

Friends Stand United (FSU) began as an anti-fascist, [1][2] anti-racist, and anti-drug hardcore crew. It was founded in the late 1980s by Elgin James in Boston, Massachusetts, evolving out of the hardcore punk scene and in particular the straight edge subculture.

The down side to growing up in this environment is that some kids actually did join gangs and went down a path that led them to prison. 2021年4月24日 · Later in the 1980's there were a lot of smaller gangs and skinhead/Nazi gangs, which is one of the reason the LADS, BPO, LMP and Suicidals made friends. In Southern California there was actual punk gangs for a long time. u/Hemicrusher was in the LADS. And I know there was scene rivalries but it’s not a thing as much anymore.

2018年10月11日 · The punk gangs that I knew of the time were FFF, Circle One Family, BPO, and Suicidal Tendencies. We had issues mainly with Suicidal, and to a lesser extent BPO. I have known FFF since they started and am still very good friends with them.

2020年8月4日 · La Mirada Punks were a brutal hardcore punk gang that emerged in Orange County and Los Angeles county in the California punk scene from 1977-1980. The gang gained a deadly reputation for being violent on the streets.
