For IOS, I heard there was an option which allows user to roll back to an earlier IOS system. I currently running IOS14.2, let's say I could roll it back to IOS 9, (this was possible for me as I have an old iPhone which I did not update to the newest IOS) but then that still would not work for me because when connected to iTunes, I would still get the newest apps on offer.
