The Queensland Fire Department (QFD) is the primary provider of fire services in Queensland, Australia. The QFD’s headquarters are located at the Emergency Services Complex in Kedron, Brisbane.

Queensland firies are part of more than 100 personnel deployed to Victoria from across the country, alongside NSW, ACT and Tasmania. Our crews have been working remotely to strengthen fire lines and support containment of the fire. More help is on the way, with extra personnel from Queensland currently en route to support our southern neighbours.
