In the four times I called, they said my voucher was too old and to call back tomorrow after they create a new one, my calls were dropped, and finally was told they couldn't find my DD2900 and wanted to go through all the questions over the phone.

Most providers and medical staff chose not to work with QTC because the conditions are so bad. When these dr and medical staff have to travel, they are being asked to share hotel rooms. Yes, you can get paid for medical/dental appointments, including flu shots. However, it's dependent on fund availability and you have to do it on your own time. If you put off getting your flu shot and then get told to go get it during BA, that's not netting you extra money because you did it during the time that the Army already owned you.
