The Legend of Qin (Chinese: 秦时明月; pinyin: qín shí míng yuè), [5] also Qin's Moon, is a CG Chinese animated [6] wuxia TV series [7] produced by Robin Shen (沈乐平), and directed by Chen Qianyuan (陈乾元).

The Legend of Qin tells the story of the rise and fall of the Qin Dynasty, the first empire of China. During this time, the six kingdoms have been conquered and brought under the auspices of the Qin Empire, which is ruled by the iron fist of Emperor Ying Zheng.

In the tumultuous Warring States period, Jing Ke (Le Geng) fails to assassinate King Zheng of Qin and flees with his son, Jing Tian Ming (Jiang Jin Fu). He hires Gai Nie (Lu Yi), the world's best swordsman, to protect Tian Ming.

Qin's Moon follows through the era of the Qin dynasty when the Emperor of the Qin, Ying Zheng, conquered the other six nations and unified the whole of China, to the rise of the king of Western Chu, Xiang Yu, who captured the capital city, Xianyang.

Qin Shi Huang is Humanity's representative in the seventh round of Ragnarok, going up against Hades. His real name is "Ying Zheng" (嬴政えいせい, Eisei), [1] with Qin Shi Huang or "Shi Huang Di" (秦し始こう皇てい, Shikōtei) being a title which literally means "First Emperor of Qin".
