Qin Fen (traditional Chinese: 秦奮, Korean: 진분; born 31 August 1991) is a Chinese rapper, singer and host. He was a member of the South Korean boy group The Legend under SS Entertainment, and is now a member of OACA Entertainment's Awaken-F.

Qin Fen, known professionally as Roi, is a Chinese singer, dancer, actor, host, former member of South Korean group THE LEGEND and current member of Chinese group AWAKEN-F. Before debuting, he spent time as a trainee at CUBE Entertainment. After switching agencies, he made his debut in 2014 as the group's vocalist with their 1st single "Left Out".
