Surah At-Tawbah (التوبة) 9:51 Say, “Nothing will ever befall us except what Allah has destined for us. He is our Protector.” So in Allah let the believers put their trust.

Surat At-Tawbah [verses 9-51] - They have exchanged the signs of Allah for a small price and averted [people] from His way. Indeed, it was evil that they were doing.

Surat At-Tawbah [verse 51] - Say, "Never will we be struck except by what Allah has decreed for us; He is our protector." And upon Allah let the believers rely.

Quran 9:51 Tafsir Al-Jalalayn. Say to them ‘Nothing shall afflict us but that which God has decreed for us that we be afflicted thereby; He is our Protector our Helper and the One in charge of our affairs; in God let the believers put their trust’.

Allah directed His Prophet to reply to the perfect enmity they have towards him, (Say), to them, (Nothing shall ever happen to us except what Allah has ordained for us.) for we are under His control and decree, (He is our Mawla.), Master and protector, (And in Allah let the believers put their trust) 9:51, and we trust in Him.

قُلْ لَنْ يُصِيبَنَا إِلَّا مَا كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَنَا هُوَ مَوْلَانَا ۚ وَعَلَى اللَّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ. Katakanlah: "Sekali-kali tidak akan menimpa kami melainkan apa yang telah ditetapkan Allah untuk kami. Dialah Pelindung kami, dan hanya kepada Allah orang-orang yang beriman harus bertawakal".
