QVF low-expansion borosilicate glass is resistant to almost all substances except hydrofluoric acid, hot concentrated phosphoric acid and strong alkalis at elevated temperatures. All QVF glass piping systems are comprised of chemically inert borosilicate glass and TFE gaskets to ensure no chemical contamination of process fluids.
