Reddit decided to kill off third-party applications, a protest got planned (and possibly exploited by bad actors), the site showed up in the news, various communities started opening back up, others decided to stay inaccessible, and then the CEO of Reddit implied that a bunch of moderators …

To keep our subreddit fresh and to avoid having the same content constantly pop up, we currently remove reposts of images that are currently on the front page of r/Pics. Additionally, we remove reposts of the top 25 images posted this year, and the top 50 of all time.

2024年6月6日 · R.R. Martin has said that Hadrian’s Wall was part of the inspiration. And the War of the Roses was part of the inspiration for the rivalry between the Starks and Lannisters (Lancasters). The scene where the slave-holding nobles were crucified in Mereen (I think) is super evocative of the punishment dolled out to Spartacus and his followers.
