ALT://R5E1 is the first and only E-Tier expedition, and the final expedition, of ALT://Rundown 5.0. The prisoners will spawn with 100% infection. Infection resistance boosters won't change the player's starting infection, however, by stacking over 100% infection resistance the player can decrease their infection level by standing in infectious fog.
