Oct 3, 2024 · The Kimber R7 Mako comes with an RMSc cut slide. This means there are four recoil lugs on the slide. Because the optics we recommend are a modified RMSc footprint you will need to get an adapter plate.

The slide either comes with the mounting cut (OR) or with a Crimson Trace CTS-1500 series optic already installed (OI). Kimber also located the ejection port entirely on the side of the slide, which strengthens it and cuts down on the burned powder, etc., flung back at the front lens of the optic.
