When copying files from Mac to PC using Microsoft Remote Desktop I prefer to share a subfolder, not the entire drive. since updating from OS X 10.7 to 10.8 (clean install), Wake-on-LAN does not work anymore. Setup: Mac mini (Early 2011) connected to Time Capsule (2nd gen) via devolo dLAN. Mac mini goes to sleep after 30 minutes and eventually disappears from the network. Sending Wake-On-LAN packets or using Back To My Mac fail, it simply won't wake up.

So I connect to OSX using the native built-in RDP client from Win7 My old RDP shortcut connects to it and even autoscaling still works.. which is nice for resizing the Window when the OSX resolution is set high and I want to shrink it down to a smaller window on my desktop.
