2021年7月30日 · It will feel a little dated as far as controls go, but it’s still a blast to play through. The missions are awesome, and exploring the map is almost as much fun as it is in RDR2. And even if you’ve fully explored New Austin in RDR 2, you still have Mexico in RDR 1, which in my opinion is one of the best parts of the whole game.

2022年2月28日 · The map in RDR2 is huge. It has so much more to offer. From the cities. To the forests. To the plains. To the swamps. Just provides so much more opportunity to explore and see things. In 1 it was all desert. I loved red dead 1. Loved it's map. But 2s map is way better.

Part II: Applying to RDR. To determine how each map (RDR1 and RDR2) related to the calibration curve, each map was placed in the same 1000x1000 pixel canvas on photoshop and overlayed with black (to match the colors of the dots). The RDR2 map was overlayed onto the RDR1 map as laid out in the assumptions section.

2020年6月8日 · Many of you guys already know the Rdr1 map is in Rdr2. Except Mexico and Arthur was supposed to have access. Notice how the Rdr1 map in 1898 is basically the same in 1907. Tumbleweed is deserted and has decayed by 1911 but 4 years ago in 1907 the town was full of lawmen and residents. A town doesn't decay that fast.

I hope they move on from 1 or 2’s map entirely. Including the areas from past games only serves to waste dev time, like NA, or awkwardly meshes next-gen with old-gen design. 1’s map is small compared to 2 and the map looks awkward with it tacked on. I …

2019年9月26日 · Well there is at least 2-3 of the same items on the map in every cycle. But I have only put one of them on the map per cycle just to keep it less messy. I did have a lot more dots on the map to begin with, and the text everywhere started to look really confusing, and cluttered.

2019年8月2日 · IMO this logic lines up with RDR maps and the real USA map. The eastern-most regions on the RDR maps are Saint Denis (New Orleans) and the heavily forested Roanoke region, and both have the "Mississippi" forming the eastern border which is the case in real life too. But I might be focusing too much on location accuracy.
