Like, if I go 144 FPS I will stutter down to 120 FPS constantly during Cutscenes and walking around, when I cap it to 120, I will stutter down to 100. My Graphics Card runs at like 40% Use, same as CPU. I wonder what causes the stuttering? I run the game on an SSD , RTX 3090 and i7-14700K. Anyone a similar experience?

2024年10月8日 · I wanted to buy it but then I read no multiplayer,I already have it on Xenia and will not buy it unless Rockstar adds multiplayer or some really cool mods that don"t work on Xenia come out on Nexus mods,Rockstar it"s not too late to add RDR1 multiplayer I would even give 100 bucks,but damn give me a full game.
