Feb 8, 2023 · Hi Everyone, My employer has filed a cap subject H1b for 2022. My cases status on USCIS website shows the following information: On December 15, 2022, we cancelled the request for additional evidence for your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker.

My OPT ead card USCIS misprinted the wrong category, my H-1B got audited, got forgotten by my attorney's paralegal to submit the PWD so wasted months of my time, then we had a scare with the recruitment process, PERM got audited by DOL, then I-140 was RFE'ed, and now my I-485 is currently working on the RFE response.

We are in the process as well and got the RFE birth certificate. The original one we sent is the long version in Italian but it comes with the translation with the document all in one format. I resubmitted it but now I’m wondering if I made a mistake and should have had someone translate it independently. OMG. What a nightmare.

Denies RFE evidence saying that we didn't included URL links for the citations. We even doubt that 0858 wrote a denial notice before we submitted the RFE evidence as he didn't even consider the evidence and exactly copy pasted RFE all over again on the denial notice without any consideration to additional evidence.

Dec 13, 2021 · Applied for i140 & i485 (NIW EB2) in April 2019 Biometric in July 2019 I140 approval in September 2020 No updates since then until this RFE... Had to send a bunch of out of processing inquiries, get congressmen involved etc. to even get an update at all. According to the processing times, our entire case should've been approved about a year ago.
