1973年8月11日 · The U33B's were the most powerful and heaviest four axle locomotives on the railroad, and came from the builder with 79:24 gear ratios for 83 mph top speeds. They were assigned to the Southern Division and were common on trains through Dallas, but also ran in the Union Pacific pool to North Platte, Nebraska.
