Sustainable Aviation Fuel, or SAF, is a cleaner alternative to traditional jet fuel that can reduce lifecycle greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by as much as 90% or more. SAF is produced from a variety of low-carbon feedstocks that must have a combined GHG savings of 50% from conventional fossil jet fuel.
