Most rom sites will actually give you a rom file, but depending on the site it can be hard to access. (Quality is usually not great though) Don't download .exe files as those can be viruses. Jun 15, 2023 · it just means it's unlocked for any region, yes. there isn't a huge difference usually, but sometimes there are regionally adapted areas or altered content and language use depending on local sensitivities or interests. if you are using an emulator, it should either not care what region the rom is from, or it should have an option to change the emulator's region in the settings.
