2025年2月17日 · Demand has to normalize at some point. Besides, that GPU has a 40% premium over the MSRP. That's unheard of last gen outside of very limited special edition GPUs or GPUs with exotic cooling etc. The gaming tier cards from Gigabyte are just above the base model.

Probably at least, the store hasn't sent me an pickup email yet but claims it is on route for me to pick it up Saturday. 2025年1月6日 · In this particular case they're comparing the FP8 performance on RTX 4090 to the FP4 performance on RTX 5090. FP4 runs at 2x the rate of FP8, and the 5090 is about 1.3x the overall performance of the 4090, so that's how they get the 2.6x number.

2025年1月23日 · The TPU results dont really make sense to me, the other sources posted ITT show more like a 3-5% hit on a weaker GPU(RTX 4080) so a 4090 eating a 15% hit(but only in 3 of the 5 DLSS modes?) seems like there is something not right and we dont really have enough data points to know what yet

2025年1月7日 · In Italy the official price was 719€, so even better in DE, damn. Almost 1:1 conversion without taxes was something else and quite an anomaly, they really wanted to push that 3080 back then... even without consider that tho, I doubt the 5080 cards deserve almost double the price anyway. I hope AMD will get their shit together ASAP.
