2012年9月26日 · Yes a Hopper and Joey work in an RV. Dish won't do the subscription or install. Interesting in light of the fact that Dish has a RV Department with RV related programs, Pay-As-You-Go, Tailgater, often changing service addresses. You just cannot rely on the regular CSRs since they are equipped with fixed residences issues.

I have two Wally receivers that I use in the RV and would like to add a wally/joey so that I can connect to my RV setup while at our place in the mountains. I would rather not add another antenna but that is an option.

2018年5月4日 · So the RV is put up and the RV Wally won’t be used for a few months, BUT can I do this in my residency.... Go from the Dish antenna to a splitter. Run one splitter output to the Wally and the other output to the switch which runs the Hopper/Joey combo.

2013年7月17日 · The RV is pre-wired for satallite in all rooms, right now I just move the hopper from the inside TV to outside TV & coax but it's a pain in the ass. If I can just split the main incoming line to the 2 locations (Hopper and Joey) that will be perfect.

2013年12月31日 · You can get a dish 1000.2 on a tripod and connect that to a solo node with TWO RG 6 Coax cables, then run RG 6 to the Hopper and Joey and it will work fine. If the dish on the RV has 3 LNBs it MAY be compatible with a Hopper setup. For some reason it seems many RV makers set up the rigs for Directv.
