2018年2月8日 · Polaris has a bulletin for what they call "clutch creep" for the RZR Turbo, this is a condition where the misalignment is such that the secondary clutch stays constantly engaged at idle and cause the vehicle to slowly creep.

I used a straight edge and calipers, and wound up loosening the engine and transmission bolts, and then prying up underneath the transmission. My belt temperatures with the Razorback gauge went from an average of 210 with a high of 255 to an average of 150 and a high of 210!

2020年12月23日 · The turbos are not as problematic as the non turbos. If one has the tools then it is always good to check. On our second one, had lots of clutch problems caused by a very bad clutch kit. Checked it and it was perfect. When one has lots of belt/clutch problems, alignment is one of the first things that needs to be checked.

2013年3月23日 · The clutch had serious groves on it. Got it back, and thought all was good, so we took it to Glamis. Broke another belt. Spoke directly to Polaris reps at Camp RZR at Glamis on New Years. They said "driving style, driving in the wrong gear will cause this." As we continued to ride we continued to have belts break and clutch slipping.
