2017年8月29日 · When he tries to access files on his personal drive (on a network filer), he’s unable to. The files are not available and have a grey X on all the folders. In the status bar at the bottom of the window, it says offline, which I know is the cause. However, I’m trying to fine an option to return connection to online.
