2019年4月20日 · Hi there, my motherboard sometimes won’t post with sticks in a2-b2. The only way to remedy is to reseat the ram. So I’ve had them sitting in a1-b1, no problems at all and everything looks fine.

2021年2月24日 · A1 and A2 are physically both connected to channel A on the CPU, and B1 and B2 are physically connected to channel B. The software doesn't do anything to enable dual channel - it just already exists if both channels on the memory controller have something to do.

2019年1月12日 · It depends on whether the motherboard uses Daisy chaining or t-topology. On Daisy chaining it'll matter, but without more details you'll have to experiment. On t-topology it shouldn't matter. Dual channel memory should be installed in slots A2/B2, so the GRAY slots on your mobo. You'll want to put your RAM in A1/A2. edit: dont do this. a1 b1.

2022年12月3日 · Yes. When not in the proper DIMM slots on a Daisy Chain, especially with DDR5, you're lucky if you're able to boot, let alone run memory settings that are remotely "good". If you want to run any setting above 5000MT/s run it in slots A2 and B2.
