You don't have accuracy issues at Rasial even with drained stats, so from that perspective, lowering your level isn't as much of an issue as normal. Necromancy doesn't get the damage-per-boosted-level boost, so stat drains hurt necromancy's damage much less than other styles'.

Then move again a few steps and repeat. You don’t have to run around randomly which can actually cause more damage, but as others have said Rasial is a dps race. You need to get zuk cape and a dps setup. People underestimate Rasial because he can be killed in 1 min…he’s still a tough boss for newer pvmers. Definitely harder than Zuk imo.

2023年8月22日 · Yeah I feel like people are talking about Rasial being easy because they also find Zuk easy. Neither are actually 'easy' bosses, they are just good players and think they are just standard. And having a soft requirement of a Zuk cape due to it being core of everyone's recommended rotations, it's somewhat become a must have item.

Oh hell no wen is garbage at Rasial. Grim is also not that great because for one the hit cap is redundant, two it still costs ~6m an hour to use and three because Jas is a lot more consistent dps than the marginal 12% extra crit. Unless you somehow manage to fuck up every Jas proc, thats the only way wen will ever beat it.

2023年8月18日 · Use the PVME Rasial rotation (with the perks and arch relics listed such as conservation of energy). It is very consistent, and with vuln bomb + adrenaline restore + 3 death skull within Living Death, it should be most of the fight. With grimoire you should be able to like deal 600k and just go directly to last phase.

Overall Rasial is actually a moderately difficult boss (basically nuke him before he nuked you) but the community has managed to optimise the rotation and death skulls ability so well it skips quite a few mechanics. There are quite a few guides detailing his mechanics and counters.
