Although it has been having the problem of the computer not detecting the headset's microphone at all. I have looked at general and specific instructions on how to fix this but nothing I have done is working.

Also I'm wondering if it's worth to activate the THX Spatial Audio. If there are people who have been messing with this and are willing to share their settings I would love to try ...

2023年12月11日 · The Razer software is enough to give out a high quality sound (I use the headset to monitor my guitar sound) and it does the job well for me. While gaming, the THX sound plugin takes over and it's good, but I rather use my custom settings when i'm not gaming, so I have THX off unless it detects a game running.

2024年3月18日 · So I recently bought the Razer Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed and everything seemed fine until I started a game. Every time I started a game the audio would get loud and distorted (see video). I've already contacted Razer support, but they didn't seem to have a solution either, so I thought I'd ask here.

2023年10月9日 · Hi All, anyone using Razer Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 version (White). Got this issue in Synapse where I toggle to THX Spatial Audio, the ESPORTS EQ will be disabled. But earlier it worked together (THX + ESports EQ Valorant). Also if y'all know how to configure the synaps that is best for Valorant, please share it!!! :) Thanks!
