Cleaved RbmB was separated from DsbA by purification on a Superdex 75 100/300 (Cytiva) size exclusion column coupled to a 1 mL His-trap HF column (GE Healthcare) equilibrated with 20 mM HEPES and 500 mM NaCl. Fractions containing cleaved RbmB were determined by SDS-PAGE and concentrated using a 10 kDa Amicon centrifugal concentrator.
