2015年12月11日 · 摘要：目的:研究牛磺胆酸 (Taurocholic Acid,TCA)对瞬转TGR5受体的HEK-293T及NR8383细胞的cAMP含量的影响.方法:采用MTT法测定TCA对细胞毒性范围,采用ELISA法测定TCA对细胞内cAMP含量的影响.结果:TCA对瞬转TGR5受体的HEK-293T细胞产生的cAMP含量呈剂量依赖性增加 (P＜0.05),TCA对瞬转TGR5受体的NR8383细胞产生的cAMP含量显著增加 (P＜0.05).结论:TCA对TGR5介导的两种细胞的cAMP的含量均有显著性提高.
