GiveItem <SteamID> <BlueprintPath> <Quantity> <Quality> <ForceBlueprint> - Same as GiveItemNum but uses blueprint instead of item id. Double quotes are not needed.

It has the features currently missing from my web client which will be getting them soon. There have been hints in the patch notes there is more to come where RCON is related so hopefully there will be plenty more features on the way.
