2021年5月19日 · Mr. X actually walks around the RPD looking for you - he (generally) doesn’t teleport. There are some exceptions. The most notable exception is that Mr. X will often teleport to the Press Room so that he can break through the wall after you investigate the Interrogation Room - and I believe there are other such similar events.

Making two trips while Mr. X is running around was the mistake I made during my first playthrough. Do some planning before venturing out by clearing minor enemies in areas you frequently travel through. Mr. X will react to gunshots/combat if he is currently searching for you. Remember, he isn't too fast.

Mr. X is what elevated Re2 remake from a good game to one I replay all the time. Always listening for the footsteps and planning accordingly is an adrenaline rush. I just replayed Re:make and after you clean out the main hallways it's pretty much run from x point of mansion to y destination.

The remove Mr X mod also keeps him in for scripted boss fights I believe, and I mucb prefer the game that way. That being said, it's still great fun to wind him up and hear him stomp around. I'd suggest all players on pc try both, really changes the pacing of the game.

2022年10月24日 · Thank you for that. Ive actually been wondering about this because I never played the original RE 2 ( it was before my time ) but I started playing RE 2 remake a bit ago and I noticed that no one ever calls him Mr. x and the game just calls him " the tyrant " .

2021年3月28日 · That said, once you're better acquainted with the RPD, what order to do things in, and Mr. X's routines, it becomes very fun, and adds a whole new element to the game. I'll take RE2R's Mr. X over scripted OG Mr. X any day, plus he's so dapper with that hat.

2021年2月20日 · Honestly, I suggest you to kill the enemies around a route you tend to use the most (and please, kill the lickers. Dealing with Mr.X and a licker can be a nightmare). Might not exactly help you right now, but it'll make your life easier on the next playthrough. Also, just run. He's not faster than your character and he'll never catch up with you.
