2019年11月22日 · I love Re4 but Re2 make me feel different emotions while playing. Re4 is more melancholic, has exaggerated (i like it) action sections and scenes, and a japan/dmc style for locations (castle/church, more a goth thing) and dialogues.

2023年4月5日 · I prefer playing RE4 and enjoy it more, but the objectively (i.e., biases aside) better remake would have to be RE2. It may not be a better standalone game (that's up for debate), but it is a better remake of its original game.

2023年4月7日 · RE2 feels perfectly balanced and as long as you don't mind stalking characters like Mr. X then you are in for the perfect survival horror game. RE4 has higher highs, but it also has some moments that are a bit problematic, the canon section is pretty aggravating and there are a few sections getting into the castle that feel cheap rather than fun.

2023年3月29日 · A few things RE4 does better and some things RE4 R does better so those cancel each other out, if that makes sense. RE2R is a great game but its inferior to the original. RE4R cuts a few things but RE2R's omissions are more egregious but not on the level of RE3R.

2023年4月10日 · RE2 and RE4 are going for totally different vibes. RE2 takes itself more seriously, and feels more grounded despite it still being very video game-y at its core. There's dramatic tension woven into the dialogue. Characters are written to have real relationships with each other, even if they're not too deep.
