In my mind a full rebuild would include: 1) New rocker shaft, new rocker arm bushings 2) Rebuild head - probably change seats and valves, install new valve guides and valve guide seals. Machine shop work. Use a genuine Payen head gasket. 3) New camshaft and top quality tappets.

I would think anywhere from a couple hun for a DIY refresh to a few thou for a truly rebuilt. Also, there is a big difference in in driving experience between an MGB drivetrain and a BOP215.
