Red for flagged spelling errors (or words that MS Word doesn't know). Green for flagged gramatical errors, such a subj/verb aggreement.. Blue for flagged contextual errors. A word spelled correctly but used out of context. I "no" you "no" what that means.

For example It's doing it right now, i'd love to send a screen shot. if I misspell i'm with out a capital I, or it's with out the capital I, and I backspace to fix it. as soon as I fix it and then continue on with my sentence the red squiggly line is under the entire sentence.
