2016年2月16日 · We have 80's Alfas that are utterly reliable (they were our only dailies/track cars for nearly 15 years), but very maintenance intensive. If you do the maintenance they are fine. A lot of so-called "unreliable" cars could be reliable if owners follow the recommended maintenance as well as deal with any new sights, sounds, or smells proactively.

Mustang is a pretty reliable well known engine at this point, it's got a decade of development. The Vette is a pretty reliable platform since the LS/LT has been such an evolution from gen to gen. Haven't heard anything too crazy as far as the Z cars being unreliable. Again, well established engines with iterations to become more reliable.

Also, Miata. Or BRZ or GTI. The thing about being 18 is you’re about to move, a lot. When I was in college I never lived in the same place more than a year. So it’s nice to have a car with a usable trunk. Get the impractical sports car when you’re old and can afford two cars. But for now get something practical. Station wagons are kind of ...
What are some of the best budget sports cars? : r ... - Reddit
2024年1月28日 · Just wondering what some of the best overall sports cars there are for this price range. I just want to get something mildly sporty that won’t break every month, or need a gas refill after 3 days. Honda Civic SI seems to be my top pick as it’s somewhat sporty, reliable, and fuel efficient but I just wanted to ask if there are any other ...
What's the best used sports car you would recommend for speed …
Sports Sedan, rumbling V8, fast acceleration and top speed, great comfort, can be good mileage if you baby it. Mercedes quality and runs forever if maintained, but can be expensive if you don't do your own maintenance (oil changes, bushings, suspension parts, brakes and whatnot).

2022年6月23日 · I never had any issues with any of my Corvettes. Older Porsches were reliable, not actually sure on the new ones. Every pre-2005 BMW I owned was a rock. Lotus somehow managed to make a Toyota motor less reliable, so there's that. But really when you say "sports car" - supercar, sports sedan, coupe/convertible? (Edit, just saw your edit)
Most reliable performance car : r/whatcarshouldIbuy - Reddit
2022年1月17日 · Corvette, the C6 and C7 are much more affordable now and great performance cars. LS+LT are reliable and relatively simple. Much more reliable than BMW and cheaper to fix, similar performance and all handle great. Come with a bit of societal baggage but you have to overcome it, they are great cars. C6 0-60 3.7 secs and almost 200 mph TS.
Looking for a cheap, sum what reliable manual sports car.
Hey guys, I’m starting to look around for a cheap sports car with a manual. I’ve had 2 manual cars in my life and I really miss driving with a stick. In high school I rocked a Tacoma X-Runner then in college I had a Kia Forte 5 turbo. Both were very fun to drive and had forgiving clutch so traffic was never an issue.
Best “Budget” Sports Car? : r/whatcarshouldIbuy - Reddit
Best performance for the money, and reliable if well taken care of. And there are many tiers depending on budget. 15-20k will get you a nice C5, 25-30k will get you a nice C6. As a former owner of a few different sports cars including a 5.0 Mustang and an Alfa Romeo, I can tell you I miss my old C5 the most.
30K budget, reliable luxury sports car? : r/whatcarshouldIbuy
2022年4月9日 · Great sporty car that was reliable and got great mpg, like 50% better than an gr86 or wrx. Only complaint is both her si and my 17 cr-v ex have horrible sound deadening. On free way speeds over rougher roads, the road noise was so so bad. Luxury cars are heavy but a big chunk of their extra weight is around extra sound insulation.
