What I got turned out to be a slightly modified Olympic Arms AR9 with an newer Mlock rail on it. There are a few things worth pointing out. First, from other comments around the net, this appears to be a very early upper. The conversion block simply inserts into a standard AR15 lower. The Sten mags are very lightly modified.
