2008年1月14日 · The Revox C270 was developed at the same time as the Studer A807 in the late 80s and was the last tape recorder developed by Studer Revox. The two machines therefore have a lot in common. Mechanically the C270 is one of the best recorders ever made, not in the last place because of the very smart use of the microprocessor in the tape transport.

2012年1月29日 · Revox PR99 is better option than C270 by service and maintenance reason: - C270 is complicated small footprint recorder - if something goes wrong it does, and is very difficult to service. Assembly and disassemble is a nightmare. - PR99 is much more user friendly design, everything inside is accessible for repair.
