원리 및 기능 Raman 분석은 물질에 빛이 입사하였을 때, 빛과 물질의 상호작용에 의해 빛이 산란 되는 과정 중에 극히 일부가 격자 진동에 의해 에너지를 잃거나 얻는 Raman 산란이 일어나는데 이 현상을 이용한 분석으로 비파괴적인 화학 분석 기술임.

<원리 및 기능> FIB는 가늘게 집속된 이온빔을 시료표면에 주사하여 발생한 전자와 이온을 검출하여 미세한 현미경 상을 관찰하거나 시료표면을 가공하는 장비이다. TEM 샘플을 만드는 용도로 가장 많이 사용되고 있으며, 나노 크기의 이미지를 관찰하고 조작 및 가공할 수 있다. FEI FIB장비에는 dual beam이 장착되었으며, 이온소스는 Ga을 사용한다. Depo가스로는 C, Pt, W를 사용한다. 추가적으로 장비내에 EDS가 있어 SEM 분석시 활용하고있다.
