Carla is the eldest daughter of Blu and Jewel and one of the six tritagonists of Rio 2 (along with Rafael, Nico and Pedro). She is the eldest of the chicks, she has a younger sister named Bia and a younger brother named Tiago.

Rio 2 is a 2014 American animated musical comedy film produced by Blue Sky Studios and directed by Carlos Saldanha. It is the sequel to the 2011 animated film Rio and the second installment of the Rio franchise .

Carla is a minor character in Rio and one of the three tritagonists of Rio 2, the others being her siblings Bia and Tiago. She is the daughter of Blu and Jewel, the older sister of Bia and Tiago, the granddaughter of Eduardo, and the great-niece of Mimi.
