2024年5月13日 · If my MPC was a permanent studio fixture, I'd probably use it with that but I tend to take my MPC Live II out of the studio a lot. Word of warning: nowhere in Roland's documentation does it state that the MX-1 is actually USB Class Compliant, so the fact that it is working with both Force and MPC is more of a fluke than anything.

2024年5月15日 · I've used the Roland MX-1's SPDIF digital port as input - it works as expected. It can also be configured as output and I don't know what to expect. Before I set up a test configuration to find out, can someone tell what it does ? A copy of master out - or what ? SPDIF is 2chnl digital audio. I’m guessing it digitally mirrors main out.

2023年2月14日 · So kudos to Akai because as of the current public stable channel releases, my Roland MX-1 works as an external audio interface with my Force (and MPC Live II). Just. WOW.

2018年2月1日 · I bought the MX-1 as a portable solution for live gigs. I run my MPC 1000 SPDIF output into the MX-1 digital channel. I have the MX-1 set to 44.1, as that is the bit rate that the MPC 1000 uses, and I am getting sound out.

2020年12月26日 · You can experiment with the mpc one and the mono station for instance - midi out of the mpc, into the monostation and then press play on the mpc- the mono should start to play (if not go into mpc, look for settings cog at the top of the screen, navigate to midi on the left hand side and switch it to on).

2020年12月4日 · Currently looking into the Roland Mx-1 mixer specifications years on later its release date. Its quirky. 4 Usb inputs that only works with Roland gear. A digital channel only input, which I would consider as my go-to channel where to plug in Reason out through a basic sound interface. But no. Or yes...?

2021年10月25日 · Akai Force Forum: Everything relating to the Akai Force, the new 64 pad, clip-based standalone sampler/groovebox from Akai. While not an MPC, it shares many similar software features to the MPC X/MPC Live including the same underlying code-base.
