2021年9月30日 · Hi. I presently own the Rotel A12 integrated amp which sounds good but looking to upgrade with the Hegel H95 that has approx in the same output power range. There are very few reviews on YT for the A12 Where as the H95 has tons !!! It seems that Hegel sounds better from what i'v seen in reviews. Should i step up to Hegel for sound improvment ??

2019年9月16日 · I don't own the A12, but have the larger RA-1570 paired with some B&W 704 S2s and the combination works very well. The A12 would be a fine paring with CM5s in my opinion. wgriel , Sep 16, 2019

2021年12月13日 · I think the A12 and A11 Tribute are targeting slightly different niches. The A12 has a bit more power (60 WPC vs 50) and includes digital inputs to access the DAC. The A11 is definitely Rotel’s budget offering, but the modifications that the Tribute edition bring really make it a very musical piece of gear at this price point.

2023年2月11日 · I currently have a Pro-Ject Debut Carbon Evo paired with a Rotel A12 and DALI speakers. They sound great (I'm sure my neighbours disagree) and my mind is currently exploring what an upgrade path may look like. Would the phono preamp in the Rotel A12 be good enough for the Rega Planar 6 TT with the Exact cartridge?

2024年5月12日 · About 9 months ago I was seriously looking at either the A-S 801 or the Rotel A12. I decided to spend the extra couple hundred bucks and get the A14 Mk11. What swayed me were the many inputs on the Rotel, the excellent improved onboard DAC, the 80/90 wpc and... the particular frequency of the tone controls.

2022年11月20日 · I currently have an old Rotel RA-1070 that is 100 Watts in my office. It is starting to act up and I am considering replacing it with a new Rotel amp. I was considering the A14 which is 80Watts or the A12 which is 60 Watts. I live in the hinterlands and I don't want to travel to hear the amp in the showroom.
