State Road 60, or Route 60 (SR 60 Route 60) is an east–west route transversing Florida from the Gulf of Mexico to the Atlantic Ocean. The western terminus of SR 60 is at the Sunsets at Pier 60 site in Clearwater Beach. The eastern terminus is in Vero Beach near the Atlantic Coast just past State Road A1A.

The state road is mostly four lanes, traveling across Old Tampa Bay via Courtney Campbell Causeway between urban Pinellas County and Hillsborough County, and Kennedy Boulevard through the city of Tampa.

It has traditionally been a scenic drive through Old Florida. Sections of this route still provide that experience, but many other stretches have become urbanized.

Tampa, FL – Temporary closures of eastbound and westbound SR 60 (Memorial Highway) ramp, northbound SR 589 (Veterans Expressway) ramp, and Spruce Street ramp will occur during early morning hours from 12:01 a.m. to 6 a.m., Sunday, March 23 through Thursday, March 27 and Sunday, March 30 through Thursday, April 3, weather permitting.
