Becoming an RAD examiner involves following an application process with a job description and personal specification. Recruitment happens at irregular intervals, based on the size of the current panel and examination needs.

Stephanie is a graduate of the College of the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD), London, England. She is among 20 students worldwide per year, who are accepted into this prestigious teacher training programme.

Stephanie has had an affinity for dance from a young age. She moved to Toronto in 2004 to assist with the operation of IR Dance. She is Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) certified, and an award-winning choreographer. She also designs and builds the sets and backdrops for every IR Dance recital. Stephanie loves to help her students build confidence.

The Royal Academy of Dance has recognized Stephanie's ongoing commitment and dedication to dance education by awarding her Life Membership.

Stephanie has been teaching dance for over 15 years, and to this day teaching remains her #1 passion within the business. She holds Registered Teacher’s Status with the Royal Academy of Dance, a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Dance) from York University, and a diploma in ballet pedagogy from Canada’s National Ballet School.
