Russell Johnston,[3] better known by his nickname Rusty, is a character in Alan Wake. Rusty was a resident of Bright Falls, Washington and a ranger for Elderwood National Park. Following his divorce, he was in a relationship with Rose Marigold, a waitress from the Oh Deer Diner.
