2017年10月7日 · I am thinking of purchasing the RVI3 brake system for my 1991 Jeep wrangler, but I need to find out if it will fit. I have contacted RVI and they couldn't tell me if it would work in my jeep. I am hoping someone might have experience with this combination.

RVibrake3 takes the entire weight of the towed vehicle off the motor coach's overburdened brakes. RVibrake3 greatly reduces your stopping distance by reducing the added weight of the towed vehicle for a safer more secure stop. RVibrake3 is activated by the same force that draws your chest forward in a braking, called inertia. An accelerometer in the brake measures these changes and knows when to push softer or harder on the brake pedal, keeping your brake pads from having excessive wear.

The purpose of RVibrake3 is to take the weight of the towed vehicle off of the motorhome in a braking and reduce stopping distance. 2019年4月11日 · Pros: simple directions and operation, easy, quick setup and breakdown each time, relatively compact and lightweight kit. The small size - similar to a briefcase - makes it easy to deal with and stow. My Mrs handles that part of the flat towing setup process and thinks it's easy, so that's a big win.

2017年6月12日 · I don't have a RVI3, but I have been using a RVI2 for almost three years and it has been outstanding. It works perfectly with our Wrangler and as you have already discovered, their customer service is top notch. The setup time is less than a minute with each hookup and the compact size is definitely a plus.

2020年7月23日 · Just purchased a new RVi Brake 3 system. It arrived a week ago and after setup and a fair bit of road testing here are initial impressions. Our Toad is a Jeep JKU 2013. For a seemingly complex system (tablet, wifi bridge, in toad on floor brake unit) setup was easy and worked first time. Did require their "phantom bracket".
