The national NHSP screening IT system (S4H) is designed to contain data relating to all babies offered the newborn hearing screen and their subsequent follow up including audiology testing, interventions, and aetiology investigations.

Locate the record using the NHS number or confidential ID. On the demographics tab, check the date of birth and gestational age are entered correctly and amend if necessary.
