The Re 420, originally and still widely called Re 4/4II, [3] are a series of versatile standard gauge electric locomotives of Swiss Federal Railways (SBB CFF FFS), but are also used by BLS AG (BLS Re 420.5) [4] and private companies (previously also by the Swiss Südostbahn, SOB).

The Re 460, popularly known as the Lok 2000, are a class of modern four- axle electric locomotives of Swiss Federal Railways (SBB CFF FFS), similar to the Re 465 of BLS. Although designed as multipurpose locomotives, the Re 460 are now used only for hauling long-distance passenger trains in Switzerland (one service to Konstanz).

The Re 620, Re 6/6 in the old numbering scheme, are six- axle, electric locomotives of Swiss Federal Railways (SBB CFF FFS), which were acquired as a replacement for the Ae 6/6 for heavy services on the Gotthard Railway.

Die Re 460 ist eine vierachsige Mehrzwecklokomotive, welche im Volksmund auch als Lok 2000 bekannt ist. seit 2000 ausschl. Politischer Hintergrund. In den 1970er Jahren evaluierte die SBB für die Schweiz geeignete Formen des Hochgeschwindigkeitsverkehrs.

Les Re 460 sont des locomotives électriques des Chemins de fer fédéraux suisses entrées en service entre 1992 et 1996. Ce sont des locomotives universelles conçues à partir de la technique des convertisseurs autorisant une grande puissance pour une masse raisonnable.
