2023年9月10日 · I've not heard about SCP-7709 but from what I've gathered from the comments here, it seems you've encountered some cringy battleboarders making up OCs for powerscaling so they can claim their character is the strongest fictional character as part of their endless dick measuring contest.

This is further supported by SCP 3812 referring to the reality it's manipulating as a "story". What I think what the author was going for with SCP 3812 is a character who was written to be omnipotent and omniscient, but as a result, he was able to grow powerful enough to realize that he was in a story, kind of like an ai that became sentient.
