It's SCP-2996. It's a unique SCP where the actual edit history of the article becomes part of the lore, so you have to actually check the history for past revisions made by DJKaktus to get more information on whatever happened to the ghost girl in the article.

It was about a woman who got murdered, was insanely pissed and tried to be a spirit of vengeance ghost, but got rounded up and boxed by the Foundation. They had some success studying her and trying to un-fuck her anomalous state...
