But including the two I suggested, 239 would be taken out, and 343 and 3812 would fight to a semi-stalemate. 3812 would be powerful enough to 'win,' but not powerful enough to actually kill or destroy 343.

3999 is a reality bending being that was obsessed with Talloran. An interpretation of 3999 is that it was meant to be the last SCP, a perfect opposition to 001. But then, series V started and this meta-interpretation was abandoned.
