I have applied twice to what is called an SAP appeal at my school which stands for "satisfactory academic progress". It is an appeal form you fill out if you lose your financial aid due to dropping out of too many courses or having low grades.

2023年7月30日 · When I was doing my eqip SF-86, I filled out everything truthfully and honestly. That said, I had a dismissed misdemeanor from 11 years that I did not list on my eqip because it was past the 7 year threshold and there was no conviction. It was dismissed conditionally as in I had to complete the court's requirements.

There is a chance you will be asked to certify your SF-86 at MEPS and you can make potential corrections then. Even if that doesn't happen, you will sit down with an investigator and you can explain yourself there. The recruiter falsified your paperwork, not you. That will not cost you a clearance. This is not unique.

2024年5月4日 · Submitted my initial top secret clearance SF 86 on NBIS end of February and still have not heard anything yet. They have not reached out to me or anyone else. My SF 86 does not appear in my NBIS anymore and neither in my security manager's. Is that a good sign? Nothing bad came up in DISS. Any info would be appreciated thanks!
