2019年12月15日 · Depends on a lot of things, and some we can't say without it being taken as advice for self harming. But what it comes down to for me is the tool (certain tools hurt less and are easier to cut with), my emotional state, and the time I've gone without cutting.

2022年8月3日 · Deep cuts are especially vulnerable to additional injury, infection, and pain early on, so protection is important. To lower your risk of infection, apply an antibiotic cream or ointment to the cut, then cover it with a bandage.

2023年5月31日 · The risk of infection is extremely high and most "bean" cuts will need stitches. "Laffy taffy" is fascia and muscle, just below the hypodermis. Cuts to this depth will absolutely need stitches or professional medical attention or else you can get a nasty infection and eventually sepsis, which will kill you if left untreated. 2021年8月2日 · The main thing is keeping your cuts covered so they can heal up properly. If they’re open and fresh, slap some bandaids on there. If you want to avoid questions, you’re going to have to cover them completely. As for triggering someone - again I would recommend putting bandaids on at the least. IMO fresh cuts could be triggering.
